Polysec is a well established name in mortuary coldrooms. A complete range is offered from the single door “Compact Mortuary” to multi compartment suites for Hospitals and Pathology Departments. All units are designed and manufactured to high quality standards with particular attention paid to ease of cleaning and operational hygiene requirements.
Space Saving Design
The “Compact Mortuary” is especially designed for the Funeral Director having limited storage space. This unit includes an integral refrigeration unit running from a standard 13 amp supply and is complete with ABS trays for the storage of three bodies in the minimum of space.
Specialist Applications
Multi-compartment suites of three, four or five tiers high may contain specialist sections for freezer, obese or isolation storage. A complete “pass through” facility can be incorporated for departments operating in this way.
Racking Systems
The racking support is constructed with hygiene and ease of cleaning as a major priority. In most units all of the racking is totally enclosed within the structural wall panels providing an easily maintained interior.
Hydraulic Trolley
To complement the mortuary coldroom system Polysec manufacture a hydraulically operated trolley. Designed to accept the body tray this unit is either manually or battery operated and easily maintained.
Trays & Doors
Body trays are manufactured in white ABS, 580mm wide as standard. As an alternative stainless steel trays are also offered. Doors are hinged and allow access to all tiers at a time. Each door is provided with locking handle complete with internal safety release and name card holders.
